Innovation has always been key to our business and as we celebrate our 60th birthday it continues to drive us. This year, we had a dedicated team committed to streamlining our manufacturing facility and in doing so, introduced Redzone – a game-changing application to improve team collaboration across production, maintenance and quality control.

Implementing screens throughout the factory and using digital devices rather than filing paperwork, the entire team has full sight of real time data enabling them to be pro-active and effectively monitor factory performance throughout their shifts.

Redzone offers numerous benefits such as the ability to set clear objectives and targets, forums for meaningful engagement and unified communication. Its implementation also means that we can identify those who excel and celebrate their individual achievements.
