We’re excited to share that two of our Amtico team have been shortlisted for this year’s Commercial Interiors UK Next Generation Awards!
Michael - Production Leader Award Shortlist
This award recognises an individual with up to two years of experience in their role, who has led a significant project demonstrating leadership skills and reaching targets.
Meet Michael, our Continuous Improvement Technician. Michael is a dedicated member of the Amtico team, with an impressive 19+ years within the business. In his new role with the Continuous Improvement team, Michael has managed the successful integration of Red Zone, converting our manufacturing facility into a smart factory.
The successful implementation of Red Zone has meant improved collaborative working and awareness of operational issues, accurate data management and conversion to paperless operations.
Sean – Rising Apprentice Award
This award celebrates an apprentice who has shown exceptional promise and dedication in their field, consistently going above and beyond their role.
Meet Sean, who joined us in July 2023 as an apprentice, and has gained experience in the CAD department, Continuous Improvement, Quality and Manufacturing.
In his time at Amtico, Sean has proven to be a committed member of the team and tackled several projects head-on and self-managed them.
From exploring new transportation methods to engaging with expos and distributors, Sean has embraced all the challenges given to him in his apprenticeship.
Congratulations to Michael and Sean, we’re incredibly proud of your achievements.
