Project: KFC Thorpe Park, Chertsey
Step foot into KFC at Thorpe Park for this jaw-dropping transformation. A fun ‘Jaws’ theme was the brief for this vibrant design, whilst maintaining KFC’s recognisable branding and heritage. With a giant shark crashing through the ceiling and a boat hung from the rafters, you’ll be ready to ring your own dinner bell.

Amtico Spacia 36+
Located in Thorpe Park’s Amity Cove, this refurbishment not only boasts an immersive and impactful design, but also the practical considerations of a busy restaurant with Spacia 36+ - Amtico’s enhanced slip resistant flooring, which is guaranteed for the product’s lifetime. This is the perfect solution for areas more exposed to potential spills.
In keeping with its heritage, the restaurant features an American diner-style floor by using two Spacia colours in a checkerboard laying pattern. Ceramic Flint is a dusty charcoal stone and is paired with Snow, a cool and crisp ceramic design. This beautiful combination creates impact with the classic black and white look, but with softer tones for a gentler contrast.
The seating areas seamlessly transition from the Checkerboard stones to Mulled Oak laid in Stripwood: a rich wood from Spacia with caramel undertones. The use of a border in Ceramic Flint helps to separate the areas and showcases the versatile zoning capabilities of LVT beautifully. The Mulled Oak seating areas have also been specified in 36+ for enhanced slip resistance throughout the restaurant.
Want the stone samples? Please order from our standard Spacia collection, which offers an accurate representation of the colour: Ceramic Flint and Snow.
